  • 2 pieces Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro Can substitute with parsley.

Preparation
  1. Start by slicing the avocados in half, removing the pits, and scooping the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired smoothness. Some prefer it chunky, while others like it creamy.
  3. Squeeze in the fresh lime juice to prevent browning and add that zesty flavor.
  4. Sprinkle in the salt, cumin, diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Mix it all together until well combined.
  5. Give your guacamole a taste. If you need more lime or salt, adjust accordingly!
  6. Enjoy it fresh with tortilla chips, in tacos, or as a delightful topping for any dish you like.

Notes

To keep your Perfect Guacamole fresh, store it in an airtight container, pressing plastic wrap directly onto the surface to minimize air exposure. It can last in the fridge for up to 2 days. If you’d like to freeze it, scoop it into freezer-safe bags, removing as much air as possible. You can store it frozen for up to three months, but be warned, the texture may change slightly upon thawing.
