  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it’s at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
Assembly Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped pecans Reserve some for garnish.
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce Use as needed for drizzling.
  • 1 box (9 oz) graham crackers For layering.

Preparation of Layers
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the cream cheese mixture, combining until just blended.
Building the Lasagna
  1. In a 9x13 inch dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers. Spread a portion of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
  2. Sprinkle half of the chopped pecans over the cream layer, then drizzle some caramel sauce on top.
  3. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture, more pecans, and a drizzle of caramel.
  4. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers topped with leftover pecans and caramel sauce.
Final Steps
  1. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results) before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, or coffee. Customize with chocolate chips or a pinch of sea salt.
