Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until smooth. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
- In another bowl, whisk together the baking soda and flour. Gradually add this mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Pour the dough into the prepared baking dish and evenly spread it out. Press down gently with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs over the top of the dough.
Baking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the marshmallows have puffed up.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 15 minutes before slicing into bars. Enjoy!
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for smoother dough. Don't overmix. Be generous with marshmallows for maximum gooeyness. Try different chocolate chips for a unique twist.
