Ingredients

For the crust
  • 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups ½ cup of unsalted butter, melted
For the filling
  • 1 cups 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cups 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cups 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch A pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate syrup, crushed peanuts for garnish Use as desired for garnish.

Method

Make the Crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until well blended, and then press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.
Prepare the Filling
  1. In another large bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt. Beat until smooth.
Whip the Cream
  1. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold this into the peanut butter mixture until combined, creating a light and airy filling.
Assemble
  1. Spread the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let it set. This step is crucial for achieving that perfect slice!
Serve and Enjoy
  1. Once set, slice the pie, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts if desired.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients, and don't rush the chilling to allow flavors to meld beautifully. Feel free to experiment with different nut butters.
