  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Use room temperature for easier mixing.
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream. Use an electric mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks form, taking about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well incorporated and creamy.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.
  4. Transfer the mousse into individual serving bowls or a large serving dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once chilled, garnish with toppings like chopped peanuts, chocolate shavings, or whipped cream, and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the mousse in a freezer-safe container for up to a month.
