- In another bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well incorporated and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.
- Transfer the mousse into individual serving bowls or a large serving dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Once chilled, garnish with toppings like chopped peanuts, chocolate shavings, or whipped cream, and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the mousse in a freezer-safe container for up to a month.
