  1. Gather your ingredients: Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and peanut butter. Beat together until well blended and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Gradually add the powdered sugar while mixing on low speed to avoid sugar clouds.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of milk, mixing until well incorporated.
  5. Check the frosting consistency; if creamier texture is desired, add more milk one tablespoon at a time.
  6. Spread the Peanut Butter Frosting on your favorite cakes or cupcakes.

Notes

For a healthier option, use natural peanut butter free from added sugars or oils. Avoid making the frosting too thick by controlling the amount of powdered sugar. It’s best to serve the frosting freshly made.
