Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the biscuit dough and separate each biscuit. Cut them into quarters or use your fingers to tear them apart.
- In a medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the melted butter and peanut butter to the biscuit pieces. Toss until well coated.
- Sprinkle in the sugar and cinnamon mixture, tossing to coat all sides.
- In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet or oven-safe pan, layer half of the coated biscuit pieces. Drizzle half of the grape jelly over this layer, then add the remaining biscuit pieces and drizzle the other half of the jelly on top.
Baking
- Pop the skillet in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Customize toppings with chocolate syrup or fresh fruit. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
