Preparation
- Bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil in a saucepan.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for about 5-7 minutes, then remove the bags.
- Stir in the honey or preferred sweetener while the tea is still warm, ensuring it mixes well.
- Add the diced peaches and fresh raspberries to a large pitcher and gently muddle them with a spoon to release some of their juices.
- Pour the brewed tea over the fruit mixture, stir to combine, then allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate the tea for at least 1-2 hours to let the flavors meld together nicely.
- Just before serving, mix in the sparkling water for that delightful fizz.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the Peach Raspberry Iced Tea over, and garnish with mint leaves if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
For a stronger flavor, let the tea chill overnight. If using frozen fruit, ensure it's thawed before use. Avoid adding sparkling water too early to maintain fizz.
