Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 2 cups fresh or canned peaches, chopped Drain canned peaches well
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If using fresh peaches, wash and chop them into bite-sized pieces. If using canned peaches, drain them well.
  3. Open the can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough, and carefully unroll it on a clean surface.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until the peaches are well-coated.
  5. Brush the melted butter over the rolled-out dough. Evenly spread the peach mixture on top, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough to form a log shape. Use a sharp knife to slice the log into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving a little space between them for expansion.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. While the rolls are baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  10. Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls. Serve them warm and enjoy!

Notes

To keep your rolls fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes or microwave for 30 seconds.
