Ingredients
  

  • #### Dough
  • - 1 cup warm milk about 110°F
  • - 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast 1 packet
  • - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • - 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • - 1 large egg
  • - 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • - 1/2 tsp salt
  • #### Filling
  • - 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • - 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • - 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • - 2 cups diced fresh or canned peaches
  • #### Peach Cobbler Topping
  • - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • - 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • - 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • - 1 cup diced peaches
  • #### Glaze
  • - 1 cup powdered sugar
  • - 2–3 tbsp milk
  • - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • #### Step 1: Make the Dough
  • In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.
  • Add melted butter and egg, mixing well.
  • Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for about 8–10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
  • #### Step 2: Prepare the Filling
  • Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl until combined.
  • #### Step 3: Roll Out and Assemble
  • Roll out the dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle.
  • Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  • Sprinkle diced peaches over the filling.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into 12 even pieces.
  • Place rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30–45 minutes.

  • In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and peaches. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
