  1. #### Step 1: Make the Dough
  2. In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.
  3. Add melted butter and egg, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for about 8–10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
  6. #### Step 2: Prepare the Filling
  7. Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl until combined.
  8. #### Step 3: Roll Out and Assemble
  9. Roll out the dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle.
  10. Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  11. Sprinkle diced peaches over the filling.
  12. Roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into 12 even pieces.
  13. Place rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30–45 minutes.
  14. #### Step 4: Make the Peach Cobbler Topping
  15. In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and peaches. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  16. #### Step 5: Bake
  17. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  18. Spoon the peach cobbler topping over the rolls.
