#### Step 1: Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.
Add melted butter and egg, mixing well.
Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a dough forms. Knead for about 8–10 minutes or until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours or until doubled in size.
#### Step 2: Prepare the Filling
Mix softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl until combined.
#### Step 3: Roll Out and Assemble
Roll out the dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle.
Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
Sprinkle diced peaches over the filling.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into 12 even pieces.
Place rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30–45 minutes.
#### Step 4: Make the Peach Cobbler Topping
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and peaches. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
#### Step 5: Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spoon the peach cobbler topping over the rolls.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
#### Step 6: Glaze and Serve
In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle glaze over warm rolls before serving.
