  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or your choice) Thoroughly washed and dried.
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Rinsed and sliced for presentation.
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced Slice into wedges for a visual appeal.
  • 1 ball fresh burrata cheese Torn into pieces before serving.
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Used for drizzling over the salad.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Adds flavor; drizzle over the salad.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the mixed greens thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel or salad spinner.
  2. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and slice them in half.
  3. Slice the peaches into wedges.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss gently.
  3. Layer sliced peaches on top of the salad.
  4. Tear burrata into pieces and place on top.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately as a side dish or light main course.

Notes

Best when served fresh. For variations, consider substituting burrata with fresh mozzarella or adding nuts for crunch. Let salad marinate in dressing for about 5 minutes before serving for enhanced flavor.
