Preparation
  1. Preheat the Grill or Oven: If using a grill, preheat it to medium-high. If you prefer using an oven, set to broil.
  2. Prepare the Bread: Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet. Brush each slice with olive oil. Grill or broil for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crisp.
  3. Assemble the Crostini: Once toasted, take each slice and place a generous spoonful of burrata cheese on top. Follow with sliced peaches.
  4. Add Cheese and Drizzle: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese atop each crostini. Finish with a drizzle of hot honey and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish: Top with fresh basil leaves for a pop of color and herbaceous flavor.
  6. Serve: Arrange the crostini on a serving platter, and they’re ready for taste-testing!

Notes

For the best results, pair with a light, crisp white wine or serve alongside a refreshing arugula salad tossed with lemon vinaigrette. Store uneaten crostini in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
