Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
Layering
- Start by lining the bottom of a rectangular dish with a layer of graham crackers.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it evenly.
- Place a layer of sliced strawberries over the cream cheese mixture.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture, then top with blueberries.
- Finish with a layer of graham crackers, and decorate with more berries on top if desired.
Chilling
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the layers to set.
Serving
- Slice into squares and serve. Enjoy the compliments!
Notes
For best results, use ripe, juicy fresh fruits. You can substitute graham crackers with Oreos or vanilla wafers. Chill overnight for the best flavor.
