- Rinse the cauliflower and pat it dry. Cut it into bite-sized florets.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned cauliflower and toss again.
Cooking
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley or basil, if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter cheese alternative, try nutritional yeast. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for crispy results. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for about a month.
