Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. After baking, let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Substitutions for cheese can be made, and the mixture can be prepared in advance. Make sure to mix gently to avoid a dense texture.
