Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even baking.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, minced onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
- Spoon the marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for about 45-50 minutes or until cooked through.
- After baking, let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
