Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly until well combined.
- Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel to ensure a crispy crust.
Cooking
- Place the chops on a greased baking sheet or a lightly oiled dish.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto each pork chop, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and is golden brown on top.
- Once done, remove from the oven and allow them to rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and aluminum foil for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
