**Skillet/Griddle Method (Traditional Pancakes)**
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Drop small spoonfuls of pancake batter onto the pan.
- Press a piece of sausage into the center of each batter drop.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
