  • 1/4 cup Olive oil For seasoning the potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For flavor enhancement.
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder For flavor enhancement.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For flavor enhancement.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Black pepper To taste.
  • Fresh herbs (like rosemary or thyme) Optional for garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into even-sized cubes (about 1 inch).
  3. In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Once crispy and golden brown, sprinkle fresh herbs for garnish before serving.

Notes

For best results, cut the potatoes evenly and rinse them under cold water to remove excess starch for extra crispiness. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the oven or air fryer.
