  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can substitute with avocado oil.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley Optional, for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet or dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes.
  3. Optional: Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftover chicken in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. To reheat, place it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through.
