Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts.
Cooking
- Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet or dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes.
- Optional: Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftover chicken in an airtight container for up to 4 days in the refrigerator. To reheat, place it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through.
