  • 2 pounds beef ribs Choose ribs with good meat coverage.
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (Halal-certified) Use your favorite brand or homemade.
Seasoning Mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Trim any excess fat from the beef ribs.
  3. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl and rub the mixture over the ribs.
  4. Create a foil tent over the ribs using heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Baking
  1. Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake for about 2.5 to 3 hours.
  2. When done, carefully unwrap the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce.
  3. Return to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  4. Let the ribs rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Serving
  1. Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.

For perfect ribs, avoid overcooking. Store leftovers properly in the refrigerator or freezer for later enjoyment.
