Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl. Allow it to cool slightly before adding the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and mix gently to distribute them evenly throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish, smoothing it out with a spatula for an even layer.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes. A toothpick inserted should come out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then drizzle the caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Optionally, add a few extra chocolate chips on top for good measure.
- Slice and serve! Enjoy your Outrageous Snickers Brownies warm or at room temperature.
Notes
For added richness, consider swirling in some peanut butter before baking! Leftover brownies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator.
