Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 8 pieces Oreo cookies, crushed
Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream Use non-dairy alternative if desired.
Topping
  • 1 cup Oreo cookies for topping Crushed before topping the cups.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by crushing 8 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a ziplock bag and a rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, beat 2 cups of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until you achieve a light and airy texture.
Assembly
  1. In serving cups or glasses, layer the crushed Oreos at the bottom.
  2. Follow with the cream cheese mixture and repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with a layer of cream cheese.
  3. Crush a few additional Oreo cookies and sprinkle them on top to finish.
Chilling
  1. Chill the assembled cups in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to set.
Serving
  1. Serve chilled for a refreshing and indulgent treat.

Notes

These cups can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and are best served fresh. Consider using lower-fat options for a lighter version.
