  1. Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them into small pieces using a rolling pin or a food processor.
  2. Mix the Milk: In a blender, combine the cup of milk and the 1/2 cup of crushed Oreos. Blend until fully mixed, leaving a few cookie chunks for texture.
  3. Prepare the Chocolate Cold Foam: In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and chocolate syrup until soft peaks form.
  4. Assemble Your Drink: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the Oreo milk mixture over the ice, filling it about three-quarters full.
  5. Add the Cold Foam: Scoop the chocolate cold foam on top of the milk mixture.
  6. Garnish: Sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top of the chocolate cold foam.
