Ingredients

For the rolls
  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough Follow the package instructions for baking.
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies Crush the Oreos into small pieces.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting For drizzling over the rolls.
  • 1/4 cup sugar Used to sweeten the filling.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor to the filling.
  • Butter for greasing Use to grease the baking dish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the cinnamon roll package instructions and grease your baking dish with butter.
  2. In a bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and unroll it on a clean surface to create a flat rectangle.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the Oreo mixture over the dough, covering it from edge to edge.
  5. Carefully roll the dough back into a log shape, starting from one long end. Slice the log into individual rolls, about 1-2 inches thick.
  6. Place the rolls into your greased baking dish and bake in the preheated oven according to the package instructions.
  7. Once baked, drizzle the cream cheese frosting over the warm rolls. Serve fresh and enjoy!

Notes

For a different flavor, you can substitute crushed graham crackers in place of Oreos. Make sure to evenly distribute the filling while rolling to avoid gaps. These cinnamon rolls can be made ahead of time—store in the fridge until ready to bake. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container and will last for up to 2 days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator.
