  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 16 ounces Melting Chocolate Choose semi-sweet, milk, or dark chocolate.

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until it sticks together.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up the balls.
  5. Melt the chocolate coating as per the package instructions.
  6. Once the balls are chilled and the chocolate melted, dip each ball into the chocolate using a fork or dipping tool.
  7. Tap off excess chocolate and return them to the parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow the chocolate to set.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Add decorations or toppings immediately after coating the balls to create a fun look.
