- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a plastic bag with a rolling pin.
- In a large bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until it sticks together.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up the balls.
- Melt the chocolate coating as per the package instructions.
- Once the balls are chilled and the chocolate melted, dip each ball into the chocolate using a fork or dipping tool.
- Tap off excess chocolate and return them to the parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow the chocolate to set.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. Add decorations or toppings immediately after coating the balls to create a fun look.
