Main ingredients
  • 2 cups Oreo Cookies (crushed) Ensure they are finely crushed.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream
  • 1 box Cake Mix (chocolate) Use a standard size box.
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Milk Use whole milk for best flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined and the batter is smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, being careful not to overmix.
Baking
  1. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
Frosting
  1. While the cake is baking, in a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and whipped cream until fluffy and smooth.
  2. Once the cake has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.
Serving
  1. Garnish with additional crushed Oreo cookies as desired. Slice and serve this delicious masterpiece at your next gathering!

Notes

For richer flavor, consider adding vanilla extract to the cake batter. Ensure the pan is well greased to prevent sticking.
