  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream
  • 1 standard box Cake Mix (chocolate)
  • 3 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Milk

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, melted butter, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined and the batter is smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, being careful not to overmix.
Baking
  1. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center.
Frosting Preparation
  1. While the cake is baking, in a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and whipped cream until fluffy and smooth.
  2. Once the cake has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.

Notes
