- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, stirring until just blended.
- Gently fold in the orange zest and dark chocolate chunks until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded balls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each for spreading.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden but the centers remain soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
