Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet or pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Cook the chicken until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Cooking
  1. Toss in the garlic, onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Stir everything together to coat the veggies and let them combine with the chicken.
  2. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and combine it with the other ingredients.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over everything.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
