  • ¼ cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and cook until browned—about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In the same pan, add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque.
  2. Return the sausage to the pan, pour in the honey garlic sauce, and toss everything together until well coated. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to warm everything through.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
