  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well incorporated.
  3. Transfer your mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the mixture. If desired, add bread crumbs for a crunchy topping.
Baking
  1. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes
