  • 1/2 cup water
  • to taste pinch Salt
Fillings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the oats in a mixing bowl, add salt and water. Stir until well combined and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease it if desired.
  2. Pour about 1/4 cup of the oat mixture into the center of the pan and spread it into a thin circle. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift.
  3. Flip the wrap and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. Add desired fillings on one half, fold it over, and cook for another minute.
Serving
  1. Remove the wrap from the skillet and repeat with remaining mixture. Serve warm.

Notes

Store oatmeal wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in a skillet over low heat to retain texture.
