Preparation
- Place the oats in a mixing bowl, add salt and water. Stir until well combined and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease it if desired.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the oat mixture into the center of the pan and spread it into a thin circle. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift.
- Flip the wrap and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes. Add desired fillings on one half, fold it over, and cook for another minute.
Serving
- Remove the wrap from the skillet and repeat with remaining mixture. Serve warm.
Notes
Store oatmeal wraps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. They can be frozen for up to a month. Reheat in a skillet over low heat to retain texture.
