Nutella Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place about a tablespoon of Nutella at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Starting from the wide end, roll the dough up toward the point, sealing the Nutella inside.
  6. Place each roll on the baking sheet, brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and optionally drizzle more Nutella on top.
  9. Serve immediately while warm.

Notes

For a Halal-friendly alternative, use a Halal-labeled chocolate-hazelnut spread. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days or freeze for up to a month. To reheat, place in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes.
