Ingredients

Pudding Mixture
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 container whipped topping
Layers
  • 2 medium Bananas (sliced) Adjust to your preference
  • 1 box vanilla wafers Adjust to your preference

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the box of instant vanilla pudding with 2 cups of milk. Whisk together until the pudding begins to thicken, about 2 minutes.
  2. After the pudding thickens, gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until well incorporated.
  3. Carefully fold in the entire container of whipped topping.
  4. In a glass dish or a large bowl, start layering with a thin layer of the pudding mix, followed by a layer of sliced bananas, and then a layer of vanilla wafers. Repeat these layers until all ingredients are used.
  5. End with a topping of whipped mix on top.
  6. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Before serving, optionally garnish with extra banana slices or crushed vanilla wafers.

Notes

For a healthier alternative, substitute regular whipped topping with lighter versions or Greek yogurt. Ensure your layers do not get mushy by adding extra banana slices and wafers just before serving. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but for best texture, consume within the first 1-2 days. Avoid freezing.
