  • 1 liter sparkling water
  • 1 cup grape juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fruits
  • 2 cups mixed fruit (such as oranges, lemons, berries, and apples) Variety of fruits as per preference.
  • 1 Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes Add just before serving.

Preparation
  1. Wash your mixed fruits thoroughly. Slice the oranges, lemons, and apples into thin rounds or wedges. If you’re using berries, simply leave them whole.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the grape juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. Stir well to ensure the juices blend seamlessly.
  3. Slowly pour in the sparkling water to the pitcher, allowing a bit of fizz to form.
  4. Gently add the prepared fruits to the juice mixture and stir lightly to coat the fruit without bruising them.
  5. Add the ice cubes right before serving and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

For best flavor, let the mixed fruit sit in the juices for about 30 minutes before adding sparkling water. Store leftovers in an airtight pitcher in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
