#### **Step 1: Make the Dough**
In a mixing bowl, whisk together **flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt**. Cut in **cold butter** using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in **milk** until a dough forms.

In a small bowl, mix **diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg**. Set aside.
#### **Step 3: Roll & Fill the Dough**
