Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Carefully fold this whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in 3/4 cup of the chopped Twix bars into the mixture, ensuring even distribution.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining Twix pieces on top.
- Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate sauce over the cheesecake for the final touch!
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling. Don't skip chilling; allow it to set properly. Experiment with different chocolate bars for variations.
