  • 1.5 cups crushed graham crackers Use finely crushed for best results.
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar To sweeten the crust.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Ensure it is fully melted for easy mixing.
For the filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened At room temperature for smooth texture.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar For sweetness.
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whipped to stiff peaks.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For added flavor.
  • 1 cup chopped Twix bars, divided Reserve 1/4 cup for topping.
For the toppings
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce For drizzling.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce For drizzling.
  • as needed pieces Additional Twix pieces for garnishing Chopped or whole pieces as preference.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Carefully fold this whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in 3/4 cup of the chopped Twix bars into the mixture, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining Twix pieces on top.
  6. Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate sauce over the cheesecake for the final touch!

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling. Don't skip chilling; allow it to set properly. Experiment with different chocolate bars for variations.
