- In another bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form, creating a light and fluffy texture.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, preserving the airy texture.
Assembly
- Begin with a layer of graham crackers at the bottom of your dish.
- Follow this with a layer of the cream mixture, then sprinkle a mix of berries on top.
- Continue layering with graham crackers, cream, and berries until you reach the top of your dish. Finish with a layer of berries.
Chilling and Serving
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once chilled, cut into slices, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve cold.
Notes
For best flavor, chill overnight to allow graham crackers to soften. Assemble a day ahead for convenience. Freezing is not recommended.
