No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna

If you’re on the lookout for a dessert that’s not only stunning to serve but also incredibly simple to whip up, then look no further than No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • Additional strawberries for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan to form the crust.
  • Make the Cheesecake Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until you have a light and fluffy texture.
  • Layer the Dessert: Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker crust. Add a layer of sliced strawberries, followed by the remaining cheesecake mixture on top.
  • Top with Strawberries: Finish with a layer of sliced strawberries scattered over the top. You can also pipe additional whipped cream if you like!
  • Chill and Serve: Cover the lasagna and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Slice into squares and enjoy!
