- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly. Using a spoon, scoop out the mixture and pack it into each cup, flattening the top slightly.
- Place the tin in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, allowing them to firm up.
- Once chilled, remove the cups from the muffin tin and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
