For the Base
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Use at room temperature for easy blending.
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers Adjust based on desired texture.
Optional Drizzle
  • ½ cup chocolate chips For drizzling, optional.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter. Use a hand mixer for about 2-3 minutes until well blended.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the crushed graham crackers until the mixture becomes thick enough to form balls.
  4. Use your hands to form small balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Pop the baking sheet into the fridge for about 30 minutes to set and firm up the balls.
  6. If you’re feeling fancy, melt chocolate chips in a microwave, then drizzle over chilled balls.
  7. These can be served straight out of the fridge or even frozen for later. Enjoy your no-bake delights!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
