- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and creamy peanut butter. Use a hand mixer for about 2-3 minutes until well blended.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the crushed graham crackers until the mixture becomes thick enough to form balls.
- Use your hands to form small balls, roughly 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Pop the baking sheet into the fridge for about 30 minutes to set and firm up the balls.
- If you’re feeling fancy, melt chocolate chips in a microwave, then drizzle over chilled balls.
- These can be served straight out of the fridge or even frozen for later. Enjoy your no-bake delights!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before serving.
