Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 36 pieces Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened) Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips (for melting)
  • to taste pieces chocolate chips (miniature or regular, for ghost eyes)

Method

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreos: Start by putting the Oreo cookies in a food processor. Pulse until they turn into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix with Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese. Stir until well blended.
  3. Roll into Balls: Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls about the size of a tablespoon. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, allowing the truffles to firm up.
  5. Melt White Chocolate: While your truffles are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, melting in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
  6. Coat the Truffles: Once chilled, dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  7. Decorate: Before the white chocolate sets, place two mini chocolate chips on each truffle to create ghostly eyes.
  8. Set: Return the truffles to the refrigerator until the coating is set. Enjoy your adorable No-Bake Oreo Ghost Truffles!
