- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Mix well until blended.
- Add in the melted butter, softened cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until you achieve a smooth and creamy mixture.
- Place the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and shape it into a rectangular form, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Refrigerate the rolled-out mixture for about 15-20 minutes to help it firm up.
- Once chilled, remove the mixture from the parchment paper and slice it into rolls, about 1 inch thick.
- Serve as they are or drizzle some additional cream cheese frosting on top.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. For best taste, serve at room temperature.
