Ingredients
  

For the Roll Base
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Can be adjusted for sweetness
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup melted butter Use coconut oil for a vegan option
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Substitute with plant-based cream cheese for vegan option
  • 1/4 cup milk Any kind of milk can be used
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Mix well until blended.
  2. Add in the melted butter, softened cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until you achieve a smooth and creamy mixture.
  3. Place the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper and shape it into a rectangular form, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Refrigerate the rolled-out mixture for about 15-20 minutes to help it firm up.
  5. Once chilled, remove the mixture from the parchment paper and slice it into rolls, about 1 inch thick.
  6. Serve as they are or drizzle some additional cream cheese frosting on top.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. For best taste, serve at room temperature.
