Preparation
- Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your dates are pitted and your walnuts are ready to go.
- In a food processor, combine the pitted dates and walnuts. Pulse until they form a crumbly mixture. It shouldn’t turn into a paste; we want a bit of texture here!
- Next, add in the cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Process the mixture until everything is well combined and starts to clump together. If it’s too crumbly, feel free to add a tiny bit of water to help it stick.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter). Place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Once you’ve got them all shaped, pop them in the fridge for at least a half hour to firm up.
- After chilling, your No Bake Brownie Bites are ready to be enjoyed!
Notes
To keep your No Bake Brownie Bites fresh, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. They can also be stored in the freezer for up to three months. Simply thaw in the fridge or at room temperature.
