  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust the sweetness based on preference.
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional) For extra chocolatey goodness.
  • a pinch salt

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add in the melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. If you’re feeling indulgent, toss in the chocolate chips for extra chocolatey goodness. Stir these into the mixture thoroughly.
  4. Using your hands, roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls. Don’t worry if they’re not perfectly round; they’ll taste delicious either way!
  5. Place the rolled brownie bites on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge or at room temperature for a few days. Freeze for up to three months for longer storage. For best results, let them sit at room temperature before serving.
