  1. Start by pitting the dates if they aren’t already.
  2. In a food processor, add the walnuts and pulse until finely chopped, about 10-15 seconds.
  3. Add the pitted dates and cocoa powder to the processor with the walnuts, and blend until well combined and sticky.
  4. Take small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls about the size of a golf ball.
  5. Place the balls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Transfer the brownie bites to the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to firm up.
  7. Once solid, they are ready to enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for two months, separating layers with parchment paper.
