Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick. Cut the dough into small strips.
- On the prepared baking sheet, place small lumps of marinara sauce and sprinkle cheese over the sauce.
- Use the pepperoni slices to form faces on each pizza bite, using halved black olives as eyes.
- Wrap thin strips of the remaining dough around the cheese and toppings, leaving openings for the cheese to peek through.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve with more marinara for dipping.
Notes
Experiment with various toppings like bell peppers and mushrooms. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
