Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for maximum crispiness.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels to help them crisp up nicely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the seasoned wings evenly without overcrowding.
Baking
  1. Bake the wings in the oven for 40 minutes, turning them halfway through.
  2. While the wings are baking, mix the sweet chili sauce and soy sauce in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove the wings from the oven and toss them in the sauce until well-coated.
  4. Return the sauced wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce becomes sticky and caramelized.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and sesame seeds if desired, and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes for crispiness.
