  • 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • crushed nuts for added crunch
  • mini marshmallows for a fun addition

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Once melted, stir in the shredded coconut and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  4. Using a spoon or a cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Each scoop should resemble mini heaps.
  5. If you want to get creative, sprinkle some crushed nuts or mini marshmallows on top of each mound.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least an hour, allowing the treats to firm up.
  7. Once chilled, serve your playful Moose Farts to family and friends, and watch the smiles appear!

Notes

Moose Farts store beautifully in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. You can also freeze them for up to two months.
