There's a special magic that happens when warm, gooey, buttery monkey bread is pulled apart and savored bite by bite. With its sweet cinnamon flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture, this dish transforms any ordinary moment into a cherished gathering.

Ingredients

  • 3 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar optional for a caramel touch
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional for extra crunch

Instructions

  • Prep the Dough: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or a drizzle of melted butter.
  • Cut the Biscuits: Open the biscuit dough cans and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Cinnamon Sugar Coating: In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Toss the biscuit pieces in the mixture until fully coated.
  • Layering: Add a layer of biscuit pieces into the bundt pan. If using, sprinkle some chopped nuts in this layer.
  • Butter Overload: Drizzle half of the melted butter over the biscuit layer, then sprinkle a bit of brown sugar if desired.
  • Repeat the Process: Continue layering with more biscuit dough, butter, and nuts until everything is layered and used up.
  • Pour the Remaining Butter: Pour the remaining butter over the top of the final layer.
  • Bake to Perfection: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cooling & Serving: Let it cool for a few minutes before flipping it over onto a serving plate. Serve warm and enjoy the delightful pull-apart experience!
